Waldorf Astoria in Miami will soon be the most prominent feature of the city. Designed by Architects Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez, this luxury tower will reach 100 stories in height. He will therefore become the tallest building south of Manhattan. This magnificent construction includes multiple features, including a full service luxury hotel on the lower floors. The upper levels are full of luxurious private homes and penthouses. Additionally, the Miami location will include the signature Peacock Alley restaurant.

Each private residence can be customized. Waldorf Astoria Miami has a large and varied selection of designs to choose from. Residents will receive fully-finished units and can move in immediately. Studio units also include furniture. Other residences need only furniture to be complete.

The ceilings are 10 feet high in most of the units. Penthouse ceilings are 12 feet high. Every residence contains window walls with floor-to-ceiling glass.
